Regenerative Leader Internship

People who have been through the Regenerative Leadership Program may apply for a paid internship. Interns work for about 10 hours per week for 3 months and are paid $12 per hour. You will continue to learn regenerative agriculture, project design, teaching, logistics, and documentation. By the end of the internship you should be able to receive the Regenerative Leadership Certification from the Living Systems Institute. Paid internship hours cannot count as volunteer hours for mandatory community service, but you can do some of each while working toward your certification.

Garden Champion

Our community gardens need dedicated champions to water regularly, lead weekly Garden Hours, and keep the community updated about the goings-on in their garden. This position requires keeping in communication with our leadership team, checking on the garden and watering at least twice a week, leading a public Garden Hour each week, finding your own fill-in if you get sick or go out of town, and posting photos or video and updates on social media at least once per week.

Community members are welcome to do this as a volunteer (we can sign-off if you need community service hours). If you would like to be compensated, take our Regenerative Leadership Program and you’ll be eligible for a $100 per month stipend for each garden you champion. Please fill out the application below if you are interested in being a Garden Champion.
