Pea shoots are easy to grow and harvest. Just plant peas densely in the fall or very early spring and cut off the top 3 inches of the plants when they’re at least 6 inches tall. They’re sweet and taste like peas. I love to add them to my salad and they’re also amazing stir-fried. Check out the recipe below!
